Modified MARTA schedule for MLK holiday

MARTA will operate a modified schedule Monday for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.

Rail service will run every 20 minutes and bus routes will run on a Saturday schedule, agency spokeswoman Cara Hodgson said.

Some buses will be rerouted in the downtown area for the MLK Day march and rally. Detours are expected on routes 16, 99 and 110 between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
