The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Nov. 18, 2019 at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53 to review an application for a mixed-use residential communiity on the south side of Ga. 124.

Fountainhead Residential Development, LLC is proposing a development consisting of 144 multi-family units, 24 townhouses, and 114 detached single-family lots on about 57.1 acres. The property was previously used for grape production through the early 2000’s until the vineyards were closed after major frost and freeze damage. The land has remained unused since that time.

If recommended for approval, Braselton’s mayor and council will hold a public hearing on the request at 4 p.m. Dec. 5 at the same location.
