Missing woman found in hospital

A woman whom Fulton County police said Wednesday was missing has turned up in a hospital.

Simkaya Carter, 29, had last been seen at 2995 Garnett Ave. in College park on Tuesday, said police spokeswoman Cpl. Kay Lester. Atlanta police dispatchers reported Thursday that Carter was found at Atlanta Medical Center in the psychiatric unit.
