Missing Fulton County man found safe

A missing 45-year-old man was located safe in Union County over the weekend, Fulton County police said Tuesday.

Anthony Lamar Howard had not been seen since he left his College Park residence Wednesday around 8:30 p.m.

Howard was shot in the head several years ago and suffers from diminished mental capacity, police said.
