Milton residents prepare for winter with Nixle
Milton residents can stay up-to-date on potentially hazardous winter weather conditions this year with the city's Nixle emergency alert system.
The Nixle Community Information Service allows the city to instantly deliver messages about emergencies, road closures and severe weather conditions via cell phone or e-mail to residents who subscribe.
To sign up, visit www.nixle.com or Milton's website, www.cityofmiltonga.us, and choose "sign up for emergency alerts" from the quick links menu on the left of the home page.
