In the sea of Midtown buildings in various stages of development, construction has been underway on a mixed-use tower that will one day consist of about 500,000 square feet — 12,300 of which will be commercial space.

Modera Midtown is one of four new Atlanta concepts that a national development company, Mill Creek Residential, is in the process of bringing to fruition.

The new projects are in addition to the already-open Modera Morningside, where rent prices range from $1,175 to $3,035.

With 435 units across 29 floors, the Midtown property will be the tallest of the five.

Modera Sandy Springs will have 340 unitsModera Vinings will have 269 apartments, and the 21-story Modera Buckhead will have 400 living spaces.

Future residents of the Midtown outpost can expect amenities such as a fitness center, rooftop terraces and two rooftop pools, according to the website.
