The jackpot for Friday’s Mega Millions drawing climbed to $105 million after no players matched all six numbers in Tuesday night’s game.
Five players, in California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Texas, matched the first five numbers drawn Tuesday — 16, 32, 39, 41 and 53 — but not the Mega Ball, which was 16. Those layers each won $250,000.
The top prize in Wednesday night’s Powerball lottery is $90 million.
