Mega Millions jackpot climbs to $83 million

The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions jackpot climbed to $83 million after no players matched all six numbers in Tuesday night's game.

The numbers drawn Tuesday were 9, 30, 39, 42 and 47, and the Mega Ball was 37. One Georgia player matched four of the first five numbers, along with the Mega Ball, and won $10,000.

The jackpot for tonight's Powerball multi-state lottery is $60 million.
