McDonough Public Works will begin its mosquito-spraying program Aug. 8. The city will be split into two zones. Zone A, which is east of the railroad tracks, will be sprayed Monday and Thursday. Zone B, west of the railroad tracks, will be sprayed Tuesdays and Fridays. Spraying will start at 8:30 p.m. Spraying will continue through mosquito season.
