A non-partisan organization is hosting a two-day forum this weekend where four of Atlanta’s mayoral candidates will discuss the city’s financial challenges and management issues.

The Campaign for Atlanta has scheduled the forum for Saturday and Sunday between 2:45 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. at the Carter Center’s Cypress Room, 453 Freedom Pkwy. The invited candidates are City Council President Lisa Borders, Councilwoman Mary Norwood, state Sen. Kasim Reed [D-Atlanta] and attorney Jesse Spikes.

The doors to the room will close at 2:45 p.m. and will not reopen until the session ends, because it is being videotaped. The sessions will be posted on its Web site, www.campaignforatlanta.com.
