Spring seems a distant concept considering the area may be flirting with snow later this week, but nothing stops the gears of youth recreational sports league registration.

Some of Cobb County’s youth athletics leagues have opened their registrations, including: baseball, softball, soccer and track.

And for the jealous adults, don’t worry.

Adult spring softball registration starts in February, and you can download the registration packet here.

Plus, the county announced that there will be a new six-on-six adult dodgeball league starting this year, so keep an eye out for more details on that.

You can find basic youth athletics registration information below and follow the links for more details and contact information.

The following sports begin in March: softballbaseball and soccer.

Track season runs from February to May.
