Clayton County police have issued a Mattie’s Call lookout for a Jonesboro man reported missing Wednesday night.

According to police spokesman Eddie Soto, Stephen Aaron Tucker, 32, left his home on Creek Street at 1 p.m. Wednesday to got to a store and hasn’t returned.

“Family members advised that Mr. Tucker has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder,” Soto said.

He said Tucker has not had his medication, and according to family members, “has violent tendencies under these conditions.”

Soto said Tucker was believed to be driving a white 2001 Ford E-150 van with Georgia tag BRI6632.

Tucker is white, 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has short, brown hair, brown eyes and a goatee.

Soto asked that anyone with information on Tucker or his vehicle call police at 770-477-3650.
