Cobb County police are looking for a masked man who robbed a Dollar General at gunpoint Wednesday.

The department said the man approached the counter at the Mableton store, 1391 Veterans Memorial Highway, with a black-and-silver pistol and demanded money.

He left after getting an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and safe.

Investigators described him as between 18 and 24 years old, standing between 5 feet 10 inches and 5 feet 11 inches, weighting between 150 to 160 pounds.

They also said he was wearing brown pants, black shoes, a black-and-brown camouflage jacket with a hood, gloves and the black mask.
