MARTA rezoning request on Dunwoody agenda

Dunwoody City Council will meet 6 p.m. Monday in City Chambers, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. On the agenda of items to be discussed is a request from the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority to rezone a parcel of land at 236 Perimeter Center Parkway. This action will allow MARTA to own and operate a new connection to the Dunwoody MARTA station. If approved, the land, currently zoned as Office-Institution, would be rezoned as Local Commercial.
