The Marietta Board of Education is reviewing three school calendar options with a final vote expected at 7 p.m. Dec. 15, following input from parents and teachers through each School Governance Team.

Two-year calendars are proposed by Marietta City Schools Superintendent Emily Lembeck.

Draft A for 2016-17 would start Aug. 4 and end May 23, then 2017-18 would start Aug. 9 and end May 23.

Draft B for 2016-17 would start Aug. 9 and end May 23, then 2017-18 would start Aug. 3 and end May 22.

Draft C for 2016-17 would start Aug. 10 and end May 25, then 2017-18 would start Aug. 7 and end May 24.
