Cobb County police have charged a Marietta man arrested last week on trespass and prowling charges with a pair of July home invasions.

Barry Lee Henderson, 24, was arrested Friday at the Ivy Ridge Apartments on Bentley Road, and charged with loitering and prowling and criminal trespass, Cobb police spokesman Joseph Hernandez said.

“Subsequent investigation led to Henderson being charged in two separate home invasion incidents,” Hernandez said Wednesday.

Henderson was charged with burglary, armed robbery, aggravated sexual battery and false imprisonment in connection with a late-July home invasion at the Madison Hills Apartments on Delk Road.

He was also charged with robbery in a home invasion earlier in July at the Wood Hollow Apartments on Powers Ferry Road.

Hernandez said the investigation is ongoing between both Cobb and Marietta police, and additional charges may be filed.
