Marietta to hold listening session on Dec. 17

Marietta residents are invited by the city of Marietta Community Development Division to a Citizen Listening Session on Dec. 17.

The division will receive comments on the proposed use of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in neighborhoods throughout the city to help low- to moderate-income residents.

The CDBG program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides annual grants on a formula basis to 1,209 general units of local governments and states.

This meeting will be held at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 17 at 268 Lawrence St., Suite 200, Marietta.
