Marietta to hold grand opening for new dog park

May 14, 2010Marietta will hold a grand opening May 22 for a new off-leash dog park at Wildwood Park at 1050 Barclay Circle.
The event will include a contest to find Marietta’s best dog model to appear in city advertising. To enter, bring a dog at 10 a.m. for a photo that will be posted online for voting.
Free goodie bags will be available while supplies last. There are separate areas for small and large dogs. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed in dog parks.
