Marietta High School Principal Leigh Colburn will step down as school head after this school year to lead a new program at the school that is designed to increase the Marietta City Schools district graduation rate. The Graduate Marietta Student Success Center will partner with social service and other community agencies to offer academic and behavior counseling. The goal is also to improve the number of college and scholarships earned and prepare students for life after high school.
