The Norcross Department of Economic Development is providing businesses with information to help them qualify for a Georgia Cities Foundation Green Communities rebate. A 25 percent rebate is available for eligible improvements, including installation of solar panels, hi-efficiency lighting or HVAC systems.
This rebate is possible even if you don’t own the building. But one important requirement includes improvements and project location must be approved by the foundation, prior to beginning work.
