Man struck by vehicle on I-285

A man was struck by a vehicle as he apparently tried to cross I-285 on foot Wednesday afternoon in DeKalb County.
The man was hit in the eastbound lanes, between Buford Highway and I-85, police said. He was loaded into an ambulance to be transported to the hospital.
