Police are looking for the man accused of telling a bank teller "this is not a joke" before showing her a demand note Tuesday afternoon.

The man left the SunTrust bank inside the Kroger on Howell Mill Road with an undisclosed amount of cash, said Officer James Polite with Atlanta police.

The man allegedly told the teller, "I have a gun, empty your drawer," Polite said. No one was injured.

The suspect is described as being about 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He appeared to be between 33 and 37 years old, police said.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call Atlanta Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward, police said.
