Police Thursday were trying to determine what killed a man who was found dead in the middle of a southeast Atlanta street.

The man's body was found on Wyman Street near Paxon Street.

"We do feel like he was struck by a vehicle, but it is not clear what may have killed the individual," Atlanta police Lt. Paul Guerrucci told Channel 2 Action News.

The man's identity has not been released.
