A 22-year-old north Fulton County man accused of exposing himself at an apartment complex was arrested after turning himself into police.
But it was witnesses, including an employee at the complex, that helped Roswell officers apprehend the suspect, according to a police report obtained by Channel 2 Action News.
Patrick Bryan Maynard, of Alpharetta, was charged with public indecency, a misdemeanor, after he was allegedly spotted exposing himself at the Roswell Creek Apartments on June 14, police said. Witnesses reported the crime to police and identified the suspect through a photo lineup, according to police.
Maynard turned himself in on July 13 and was arrested and booked into the Roswell jail. He was later released after posting bond.
