Man arrested for secret dressing room video

A 26-year-old man faces peeping Tom charges after using his cell phone to make a video of a woman in the dressing room of a store in Athens, police said.

Vicente Bautista, of Greensboro, was arrested Friday at Plato's Closet, 196 Alps Rd., according to an e-mail from Athens-Clarke County police spokeswoman Hilda Sorrow. He also faces a charge of unlawful eavesdropping.
