A Gwinnett County Sheriff’s deputy at the Juvenile/Recorder’s courthouse in Lawrenceville arrested a man this week after his car stalled in the parking lot and he registered over four times the legal limit for alcohol on a breathalyzer test.

The vehicle was parked crookedly for 20 minutes while the man inside attempted to leave. Alexandru Tehnilenco, 29, blew a .35 (the legal limit is .08) on the test and had a 32-ounce container of beer on the driver’s seat.

Tehnilenco was charged with DUI and open container. Jail records show he has two prior DUI arrests.
