Man accused of shooting girlfriend held without bond

June 5, 2013A man accused of shooting his girlfriend is being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail.
Jason Thompson, 34, is charged with shooting his girlfriend in a home in the 400 block of Bryan Street on Tuesday, Atlanta police spokesman John Chafee said.
The woman was semi-alert, conscious and breathing when she was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, Chafee said.
Thompson is charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
His next court appearance is scheduled for June 19.
