A man was charged with exposing himself at a park in Milton this week, Channel 2 Action News reported.

“You don’t see that every day — a random guy taking off his clothes in the middle of the neighborhood,” witness Octavia Johnson said. Children were present, she said.

She called the police, and Clyde McPherson Jr., 38, was arrested by Milton authorities. Johnson said McPherson also tried to follow a teen from the park back to her home, but the teen sped up to avoid him.

McPherson was charged with indecent exposure and remains in the Fulton County Jail.

“We weren’t able to determine any intent of him exposing himself,” Capt. Shawn McCarty told Channel 2. “It was more of a result of him being intoxicated.”
