Lyft was named the official rideshare partner of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, AMB Sports & Entertainment announced earlier this year.
The partnership includes two designated pickup and drop-off zones and prominent signage for Lyft, along with special offers for stadium customers.
AMBSE and Lyft cited “shared company values and Lyft’s strength in Atlanta” as reasons for the agreement, according to an August press release.
Mike Gomes, AMBSE senior vice president of fan experience, said Lyft was “the natural option.”
“We have recognized that a growing number of our fans have already chosen Lyft for their ride share needs across Atlanta and we are thrilled by the value this will bring those coming to enjoy a game or event at Mercedes-Benz Stadium,” he said.

Sam Bond, general manager of Lyft Georgia, reiterated the agreement was a result of Lyft and AMBSE’s core values aligning.
“Mercedes-Benz Stadium was built around principles of social responsibility to the surrounding neighborhoods and environmental responsibility,” Bond said in the statement.
To get to the main and larger Lyft zone, fans can exit the stadium at Gate 1 and follow signs to the area located at North Martin Luther King Drive, off of Northside Drive.
The smaller location, which may experience longer wait times, is at the corner of Centennial Olympic Park Drive and Andrew Young International Boulevard. It can be accessed from Gates 2, 3 or 4. See a map here.
AMBSE, a AMB Group subsidiary, is made up of the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
