Construction is underway on 16 luxury townhomes in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood within walking distance to Ponce City Market, according to a news release from Johns Creek-based developers The Providence Group.

The homes at The Views on Ponce, located at 579 Glen Iris Drive NE, will sell in the mid $900,000-range and include three- and four-bedroom homes, two car garages and rooftop terraces.

Townhomes in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood are selling as low as $400,000 and as high as $1.15 million, according to real estate listing website Redfin.
