A six-story luxury condominium is expected to open this spring in Midtown.

J5, located at the corner of Juniper and 5th streets, will offer 150 homes from one to three-bedrooms. Amenities at the mid-rise building will include: green space, large terraces, a pool courtyard, a club room, a rooftop lounge, 24-hour security, one-story gated parking and two boardrooms with AV equipment for homeowners who work from home.

The condos, which begin in the $600,000s are "targeting homeowners looking for a more residential feel with personal outdoor living space rather than commercial tower living," said a press release from development services firm Brightstar.

Brightstar President Pauline Miller said the timing is right for such a property.

“Through my many years working in real estate in Atlanta, I’ve learned that the key to success is designing the right product in the right neighborhood with long term value and enhanced livability,” Miller said. “We believe J5 will do just that for Midtown.”

Brightstar is partnering with Atlanta-based real estate development company Dezhu US on the project.
