Lottery CEO to address DeKalb chamber

The president of the Georgia Lottery will meet with the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce next month.

Margaret DeFrancisco will give the keynote address to the group during its monthly luncheon on Nov. 2. The session is part of ongoing events for business leaders and owners in the county.
