The Loganville City Council recently named Danny Roberts to serve as city manager effective March 1. Roberts has been serving as assistant city manager as well as fire chief and has been an employee with the city for more than two decades. He replaces Bill Jones who will be retiring.

Loganville’s city manager is responsible for the organization and management of the daily operations of Loganville’s city government in accordance with local ordinances, laws and policies prescribed by the elected officials. The manager is responsible for a variety of activities including the day-to-day operations of the city, advises the mayor and city council on strategic and tactical issues as well as preparing and presenting the annual budget.
