Locust Grove High School needs your help. The Henry County school is trying to win a $50,000 grant from The Clorox Company’s Power A Bright Future contest. The catch? The winner is chosen based on the number of votes the school receives from its community. If it wins, the school will use the money to help improve healthcare sciences resources and develop a more advanced general medicine program. The grant would help the school buy iPads students can use to get better understanding of anatomy and physiology.Textbooks also could be downloaded so that the class could further develop the skills needed in preparation for technical school, certifications, and employment in the healthcare profession. You can vote two ways. Online by creating a free account at https://powerabrightfuture.clorox.com/. You can view nominees, vote and confirm. Or you can vote by texting 95248, with the message: 2035pbf

Voting ends at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 19. You can vote once a day per device.
