Local legislators to meet with DeKalb parents

The DeKalb County Council of PTAs is hosting a Legislative Forum at 7 p.m. Thursday at the DeKalb school administration building 1701 Mountain Industrial Blvd,. Stone Mountain. The group expects more than a dozen of the local state senators and state representatives to attend to hear directly from parents and other concerned citizens in DeKalb. After an initial session, parents and legislators will split up into small groups. Last year, more than 120 parents attended. Information: 404-219-4985.
