Inspired by the district's success, Ed Voyles Automotive Group donated $10,000 to Marietta City Schools last month.  The check was presented by the company's CEO, Bill Brantley to the school during its Teacher of the Year and Employee Awards event which the automotive group sponsors.  The district's administrators  said they haven't decided how to use the money yet. District administrators gave David DuBose, a teacher at Marietta High School its "Teacher of the Year" award.  Several other awards were also presented at the ceremony.
