Lisa Clark-Gonzalez and her teenage husband reached a settlement Tuesday with the foster parents who currently have custody of the notorious couple’s firstborn child.

It’s not known whether they were to obtain the unsupervised visitation rights they were seeking. The agreement was reached out of court and details were not made available to the public. Clark-Gonzalez’s attorney, Kim Dymecki, would not comment except to confirm a new deal was struck.

Skye Cobain Gonzalez, born in 2006 while Clark was in jail, currently lives with his mother’s former employer, Angela Perkins, and her husband in Douglas County. The Gonzalez’s were allowed to see Skye once a week at a Douglas County church, with court-ordered supervisors present.

The Perkins’ retain custody of Skye.

Clark was 37 when she married Adrian Gonzalez, then 15, after becoming pregnant with his son. She served time for statutory rape and for helping Gonzalez escape a group home in DeKalb County.

The couple remains married and, last December, Clark-Gonzalez bore their second child, Star Alexis. Gonzalez, now 18, is a stay-at-home father, according to a family friend, while his wife, 41, is employed as a medical transcriptionist.
