Lilburn temple holds its first kite festival
Annual Kite festival at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (Hindu Temple) in Lilburn 1/13/08. This is an annual tradition that is happening all over the Hindu world today and it is part of a larger Hindu festival celebrating the end of winter.
