The Lilburn Police Department is offering local business owners who have decided to temporarily close the opportunity to utilize the city’s out of town house check.

The service, provided by Lilburn’s Uniform Patrol Division, keeps watch over residential homes while residents are on vacation. Residents using the service are encouraged to let the police department know about their vacation plans at least three days prior to leaving town.

Just like for residents, this service is now available for businesses that are inside Lilburn city limits only.

Contact Lilburn Police at 770-921-2210, ext. 8 or www.cityoflilburn.com/254/Out-of-Town-House-Checks.
