In response to feedback from residents, Lilburn recently installed additional pavement markings on the two roundabouts on Main Street. The yield markings should assist motorists travelling through and around the roundabouts. The markings are a highly visible, durable thermoplastic material. The total project cost of $2,800 was provided by the Georgia Department of Transportation as part of a Safety Improvement Grant.

Motorists can learn more about how to navigate roundabouts by watching the video at www.dot.ga.gov/DS/SafetyOperation/Roundabouts.
