Leadership Sandy Springs has launched a youth organization for high school students who will be sophomores and juniors in the 2011-2012 academic year.
Youth Leadership Sandy Springs is open to students who either live in Sandy Springs or attend a high school within the city limits. The students will begin exploring their community through six interactive half-day programs.
Applications for the charter class of the organization are available at www.leadershipsandysprings.org/ylss. The application deadline is April 15.
