Lawrenceville Housing Authority offering free flu shots

The Lawrenceville Housing Authority, in collaboration with Walgreens, will provide free flu shots at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at 502 Glenn Edge Drive.

Walgreens, Family Wize and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services are partnering to provide free flu shots to uninsured and low-income residents.

The Lawrenceville Housing Authority provides a variety of services with support from community partners to residents with the goal of promoting self-sufficiency. Other programs include back-to-school supplies, financial management courses, vision screenings, summer lunch programs and employment guidance.
