Following on the heels of Lawrenceville Mayor Judy Jordan Johnson’s announcement she will not seek reelection this fall, Lawrenceville Council Member David Still announced he will campaign for the position.

Still shared, “After much prayer and consultation, and with the support of my wife and family, I seek this opportunity to join others in continued leadership aimed at making Lawrenceville the live-work-play hub of Gwinnett County.”

Prior to being elected to the city council, Still was appointed to the Lawrenceville Downtown Development Authority in Jan. 2012 and elected as Chair of the LDDA in 2015 where he served for four years.
