Lawrenceville officials will host an open house to finalize plans for the Lawrenceville Performing Arts Center (LPAC) 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 18 on the 4th Floor of City Hall, 70 S. Clayton St.

The open house will offer citizens and businesses the opportunity to review and provide input on the ground plans, architectural renderings and 3D models of two slightly different options.

The city has been diligently working to finalize the budget and financial scope of the project. The details of the $31M budget will be unveiled at the open house. More than 50 percent of the funding for this project will come from partners and stakeholders.

Following the open house, the public is invited to attend the council meeting work session at 5 p.m. Dec. 19, and the council meeting at 7 p.m. Jan. 7 where the plans will most likely be approved.
