The Lawrenceville City Council voted recently to approve a $629,993 contract for the City Hall Interior Finish Renovation Project.

The building renovations will include the selective demolition and replacement of interior finishes throughout the building, as well as reconfiguration of interior office space. The scope of the work and complexity of the work varies from floor to floor with the bulk of the work concentrated on the lower level, main level, and third level.

The contract is awarded to low bidder, Striker Contracting, LLC. This project is funded by the Capital Outlay Fund.
