If you want to have an event in downtown Lawrenceville next year, you should submit your application soon.

The city is accepting applications through July 31 for events in public downtown spaces through July 31. People should apply for use of the Lawrenceville Lawn, rental of the Historic Gwinnett County Courthouse grounds and road closures due to parades or races.

After July 31, new applications cannot be submitted for 2018. Applications do not guarantee approval; they must be reviewed for compliance with city rules and policies. Applicants will be notified whether they have been approved after July 31.

Applications can be found at LawrencevilleGA.org.
