Duluth officials are seeking final input on the city’s public art master plan at an art workshop 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Stantec First Floor Meeting Room in the Mathias Street Smarts Building across from City Hall, 3160 Main Street.

Duluth is on a journey to define its unique character and translate it into public art throughout the city. The Public Arts Commission is seeking inspiration to fill Duluth’s canvas with art that tells the city’s story.

The first art piece introduced by the city was unveiled last summer. Duluth’s Gateway Art Piece, “Ascension” is located in the roundabout on McClure Bridge Road.
