The 10th annual suburban conference on homelessness is set for Friday at Kennesaw State University.

The daylong conference includes research and discussions on crime, health care, drug courts, HIV/AIDS and social services, particularly in the suburban communities. Sam Tsemberis, founder of Pathways to Housing and creator of the “Housing First” model will be the keynote speaker.

The conference begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Social Sciences bldg., 1000, Chastain Rd. in Kennesaw.
