If you don't feel like putting on all those clothes just to go get a doughnut (or three), the future is here.

UberEATS has partnered with Krispy Kreme to deliver doughnuts to your door, Uber spokeswoman Evangeline George confirmed Monday.

That includes locations in Marietta, 299 Cobb Parkway S.; and Smyrna, 4560 S. Cobb Drive.

UberEATS began delivering in Atlanta on September 2015.

The other participating Krispy Kreme locations include:

♦ Decatur, 2533 Wesley Chapel Road

♦ Roswell, 10781 Alpharetta Highway

♦ Midtown, 295 Ponce De Leon Ave. NE (now owned by Shaquille O'Neal)

The company announced the partnership Friday on social media, saying that it started Nov. 22.

This is the second piece of Krispy Kreme news the Cobb area has recently received.

Word broke in late November that Cherokee County's first location of the doughnut shop will be right at 9420 Highway 92, just by the Cobb County line.

In preparation for all the doughnuts, you might want to take a hike up Kennesaw Mountain and preemptively shed some of those pounds of sugary goodness.
