Investigators believe wet and foggy weather played a role in a fatal crash early Sunday in south Fulton County.

A driver on Camp Creek Parkway called 911 after seeing a fire in a wooded area, Channel 2 Action News reported. Police and firefighters arrived to find a car that appeared to have run off the road and ignited.

One person inside the car was dead, according to police. The victim had not been identified late Sunday afternoon, the Fulton County medical Examiner’s Office said.

The crash happened near Enon Road.
